I failed in mathematics in class 6th. For my parents, this felt like a disaster. Because, 1 year before I cleared the Jawahar Navodaya Selection exam. In which only 80 students are selected from the whole district. After the 10th grade, I initially aspired to pursue a career in the medical field for my 11th and 12th grades. However, due to a lack of guidance or perhaps the craze for engineering in India, I ended up opting for the non-medical stream. This decision led to a significant detour, and despite putting efforts, I scored only 58 marks in the 12th board exams. At that time, I hated maths and almost decided to avoid any career involving complex calculations. Fast forward to today, and I find myself working at Fitelo, closely immersed in the world of data(Numbers, Google Sheets, Formulas, etc). It's ironic how life takes unexpected turns. What I once despised has now become an integral part of my daily work, Working with data at Fitelo has taught me invaluable lessons. Being data-oriented is not just about numbers: ?? My weekdays are dedicated to Share Markets only but Weekends I prefer to take updates on what's happening in our NGO center. Yesterday I went to the AFKC Vasai center to congratulate Team Anubhav for their first Session of Project Avishkaar. They did some basic experiments related to Acid-Base reaction for the Ninja Batch kids and received great response from the kids. After their session I guided them about how to plan and execute any project, what are the objectives of Project Avishkaar? Why is it important to develop scientific thinking in Kids? How to think creatively and innovatively? How will the Project progress? What will be their role in it? and so on. I'm really happy that these Children are enjoying leading the project. Trust me, the way I help Founders of StartUps to start something of their own step by step, I've exactly used that approach to make these 15-17 yo age children start and lead the 'Project Avishkaar'. I've also promised them that we will set up a Mini Lab for them if they take this Opportunity seriously and make full use of the Leadership role given to them. Since they too are students I don't want to take much of their time. ?? [MSIB Batch 6: My Journey Recap at Startup Campus Batch 6] ?? Alhamdulillah, it's hard to believe that the four months at Startup Campus have already come to an end. There are many lessons and unforgettable experiences from participating in MSIB program at Startup Campus. The most memorable moment was the first studium generale, which discussed "Unlocking the Secrets: Data Science and Artificial Intelligence." It opened my eyes to data science, what it is all about, and artificial intelligence, which was all new to me. By participating in this data science and AI program, I have completed and understood the basics of theory, concepts in data science and AI, how to process raw data into data that is ready for further processing, how to implement machine learning on data such as forecasting, classification, and appropriate evaluation matrices, how to visualize data correctly and well so that it can be understood by the reader, and even how to interview and personal branding well. In addition, this program has unveiled a new dimension of my capabilities, enabling me to harness the power of data and machine learning to solve problems effectively. It has also enhanced my communication and collaboration skills, empowering me to work seamlessly with others. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to my mentor, Kak Davin Darmalaksana Bhagaspati, and my facilitator, Kak Herdini Primasari, for their unwavering guidance and support throughout this journey.
