I could not have been more prouder watching Conzuelo Sorg walk across the stage yesterday at the Department of Defense Military Spouse Employment Partnership--MSEP New Partner Induction Ceremony.?Conzuelo, a military spouse and advocate of the military community, has been spearheading IntelliDyne, LLC's military hiring and outreach efforts since she joined us in 2015.?She has a personal passion to give back and has served as a mentor, speaker, and advocate for other military spouses. It was through Conzuelo, that I learned that Military Spouses have an unemployment rate of over 20%; many are underemployed due to their spouse’s military service.?It was through her advocacy, IntelliDyne expanded their employment outreach to military spouses. As part of this effort, IntelliDyne joined the MSEP program in 2023. The MSEP program provides direct access to employers with military spouses seeking career opportunities. This program started in 2011 with 25 employer partners.?As of 2023, they have over 700 employer partners and provided employment opportunities to over 250,000 military spouses.?We are here today, with pride, to stand alongside with over 125 companies being inducted for the MSEP partnership for 2023.
