I think one chain that should be added to the conversation is Slim & Husky’s Pizza Beeria. With that said, I'm partial to Detroit style pizza, so I think Via 313 Pizza and Emmy Squared Pizza / Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group are the most exciting.
