1 年No amount of training would compensate for the lack of fundamental workers'rights like Freedom of Association (FOS) and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) in the garment factories. The main stressor is poor industrial relations. Without trade unions to represent the workers there's no genuine Social Dialogue at the firm and industry level. Workers are at the mercy of production managers and other 'musclemen' in the factories. Pointless projects and smooth language on LinkedIn cannot cover up daily heinous violations of workers'rights on the shop floor.
