The UX team has done an incredible job at VMware Explore. Here are some of the team in action doing stealth user research that's structured as participatory design games. Participants describe their enterprise IT pain points and our UX designers sketch out their inputs in real time and post on a large wall in a thematic affinity map by topic-- everyone can then vote on the drawings/ ideas (Data is also input into an online form for more structured analysis and insights after the event). Participants love to feel heard and it's fun and low effort for them, while we get great customer insights on AI for enterprise and other hot topics-- win win! This installation, like several others our design team executed in our Design with Us Pods, was super well conceived, executed and also highly creative. Great job!
