I don’t remember a day I didn’t dream of embarking on the journey I begin this month. I am both thrilled and humbled to announce my admission into the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where I will be spending the next nine months living in the beautiful and intellectually stimulating environment of Cambridge, MA. Saturday Art Class has always been a purpose that's inspired not just me but those around me. Now, I have the opportunity to weave this passion within an international fabric, learn from the best, and then bring that enriched understanding back to India. While I I am here, the mission of Saturday Art Class in India continues to thrive on the ground through the hard work and never-ceasing passion of my beloved Saturday Art Class team led by incredibly talented co-founder, Chhavi Khandelwal. Chhavi will be spearheading the on-ground operations, nurturing the very essence of what we started and ensuring its growth. Her dedication and expertise are the perfect pillars to lean on as I up-skill and gather insights to further our shared vision. During my time at Harvard, I continue to build Saturday Art Class by consistently applying learnings from my classes, professors and peers to our Organization back home. To my family, my mentors, my incredible team, and every single one who stood by me, believed in me, cheered for me—I owe you more than words can convey. Your support has sculpted this path that I tread with joy and anticipation. As I step into the journey, I am not just bringing my purpose with me, but the important and rich Indian context.I am excited to infuse our unique perspectives into Harvard's global community by building bridges and blending our worlds.
