here in austria i have seen a postcard, when you hold on the postcard with you phon cam the picture starts to move. also mercedes used this in a magazine. hold on the pic of the car in the mag and it starts to drive in the camera of you phone. seems they use the car or other objects as qr codes. similar to your work ;)
