An exciting movement towards regenerative agriculture is forming. In recent years a community of pioneers has started to gather and take shape including people from diverse backgrounds (academic researchers, policymakers, entrepreneurs and established companies, farmers, investors, media and communications professionals, etc). This past Friday, we joined together to take the next step towards a common vision and shared action to promote and establish regen ag nationally and internationally. I'm proud to say that we took this step with the facilitation help of the Hatribuna for Participatory Leadership who are guiding us in forming an organizational structure that is based on trust and collective leadership. Regenerative agriculture is not just about what and how food is grown in the field (though that is also key), it is a #systemicchange in our #foodsystem, in how it is structured and includes #supplychains, #consumerawareness, #environment and #biodiversity, #climateaction, #culture, and more. We feel honored to be at the forefront of this movement with many amazing people and orgs working as a network towards this shared future.
