One of my best emails of the year popped into my inbox last week - from the Market Research Society, telling me they'd chosen to elect me as a Fellow. When I was in London earlier this week, I paid a pilgrimage of thanks to Northburgh Street, a quiet, unassuming location in in Islington in the in the City of London. And also - of course! - home of the Market Research Society. It's a HUGE honour to become a Fellow of the MRS, in recognition of the work I've done over the past - eek! - nearly 35 years in the field of insight, analytics, and data storytelling. I've run training in insightful thinking and data storytelling for the Society since 2015, given keynotes and papers and chaired panels at its conferences, and run expert webinars. Online, offline, my partnership with the MRS has been a drumbeat of my ten-year life as Founder and Chief Data Storyteller of Insight Agents. I'm utterly delighted to be welcomed into the Market Research Society Fellowship and am looking forward to a lunch in June to celebrate my elevation. More than that, I also can't wait to find out how I can do more for the Society in this new capacity. #fellowship #marketresearch #accolade #gong #data #storytelling #insight
