Over the last week, AI has made advancements that will forever change how businesses function. Most of the news around AI has been in the marketing space and how it will affect the future of work and jobs. But these new tools will also affect how HR, IT, Ops, sales, and strategy are handled within the business suite. Just to name a few tools: ?? Microsoft and OpenAI will now use ChatGPT4 on top of their business suite of tools. They even have a Biz Chat feature that will use your own company data to generate responses. Which is just crazy cool. ?? Google's Bard will also do the same for docs, email, presentations, and more. They need to do this, or else their search business will suffer (advertising on Google is 60% of Alphabet Inc.'s revenue) ?? HubSpot debuted its Chatspot software which will help speed up marketing and sales communications. Currently, it takes a user 21 clicks to send a sales email, and Chatspot should help speed up those processes for comms and help sort your CRM data much more quickly. ?? Midjourney 5 was also released and the images (like the below of Grace Sharkey and me) being created are already being used on websites and advertising campaigns. All of these tools and features were dropped OVER THE LAST TWO WEEKS. So the rapid acceleration in this space is something every business needs to be paying attention to. I’m so glad these tech gaints have made AI palatable for the general population. Supply chain and logistics will benefit from advancements in AI, given the complexities of operations.

The advancement of AI brings out on me a feeling of "anxiety", a combo of high energy and excitement, both also fear of your competition may blow pass you with their creative use of AI, unless you stop them by being totally committed to learn and execute with your own creative marketing and other areas. I'm curious. Abit scared too however I m a businessman even then what would happens to Humanity. I mean hundreds and thousands of people will suffer only tech giants will fill their pockets what will other do? Lets say every business and home owner want well designed and built interior and space planned my company provides it to the best. When we will use AI it will be more effective and efficient but human are humans.

I feel like for recruiters it will help build the correct tone and modern language for building Job profiles/Job descriptions. Capturing all audiences. Assisting with tag lines, podcast scripts, and creation of marketing campaigns (obviously) I just created my first ''art'' this week using ai generators. Makes the artist understand the details of the work at the smallest levels. That I appreciate. Great post, Blythe Brumleve
