Anna Burroughs Manager, Global Diversity & Culture, Harvard Business Publishing Anna Burroughs is a Cultural Anthropologist, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Expert and Coach, Genealogist, and Advocate for Justice. She currently serves as the Manager of Global Diversity & Culture at Harvard Business Publishing.? Outside of HBP, Anna operates both her own DEI and Genealogy/Family History consulting businesses. She also serves as Executive Director of The SPECS Movement, a non-profit organization focused on cultural and racial reconciliation by creating opportunities to see life through someone else’s perspective. She believes that the primary link to reconciliation and understanding is relationships.? And we form relationships by creating safe spaces for truly listening to the stories and experiences of others, and brave spaces that allow us to tell our stories, all without blame, shame, guilt, or judgment. - - - - - “Often times we commit to using our own privilege and position to tell the stories and to be the voice of women who are unable to do so themselves.
