At #SingaporePools, we embrace technology and believe in equipping every employee with the right tools, knowledge and skills to improve their day-to-day work, operational efficiencies and, ultimately, our customers' experiences. Today, our #PeopleOfSgPools attended the iInnovate Workshop, led by our #SingaporePoolsAcademy trainer Amy Tan, on the use of Microsoft Power Automate. Through scenario-based hands-on exercises, participants picked up practical knowledge and skills in developing automated workflows and streamlining processes using simple drag-and-drop tools. To follow through the participants’ learning journey, the Academy also provides post-workshop coaching where employees continue to apply what they learnt to real work scenarios. In line with #SingaporePools transformational giving initiatives since March 2022, the Academy has been offering the iInnovate Workshop to social service organisations at no cost.
