Here's how I make sense of them. ?? ? 509.0k watch hours -> ~3000 people watching Alementary videos from 9 to 5, 5 days a week ?? 35.7k subscribers -> Almost 2 fully booked O2 stadiums ?? $42.27 -> Almost 4 hours of minimum wage work in the UK Yep. It ain't much but it's honest ????. 3 things to keep in mind tho: ?? YouTube distributes its creator fund a month later (this will be about $1500). ?? Shorts creators can still earn an income from collabs/affiliate/products. ?? Both TikTok and YouTube are launching new programs to pay shorts creators. It's going to be wayyy easier to earn a living as a Shorts creator in 2023. This will mean better content but also way more competition. ??
