Where's trumpet ?? at?
Most of these companies are NOT STARTUPS!!!!!! - https://www.dhirubhai.net/posts/dan-sodergren-futureofwork_linkedin-startups-fintech-activity-6980818173277134849-ibfx?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop
Very grateful to make this list. Huge testament to a lot of hard work that's been going on at Beam and will continue to! ??
Some of these "Start ups are 6-7 years old and have over 1000 employees!!! Monzo may be a start up in the banking world when compared to Barclays etc. But I'm sure that's not most peoples perception of a start up!
I thought startups were 3 years or less? After that they aren’t a startup? 2015 ones are definitely not startup companies !!!
Fantastic to see a number of climate-focused companies featured!! Why does this matter though? Let me tell you... It shows that sustainable businesses aren't just ecologically sustainable but also they are financially sustainable too ?? The methodology doesn't take into account environmental impact (which is mad by the way, LinkedIn News UK/LinkedIn), but this shows that you can have that ingrained within a good business model. Something that the climate sector has struggled with is showing how solutions can fit within the capitalist world and bring profit and growth alongside better impact. The fact that nearly half of the companies listed fit within the sustainability space is huge ?? What do all these companies have in common? It's accessibility, mainstream consumer wants and needs, with sustainability built within it. This is what I've been ranting about for years. It's what we've built into the foundations of?Greenr ????
