These newly minted professionals are entering a strong job market, as the economy continues to evolve in the wake of the pandemic.? And sales and recruiting roles are gaining serious steam at the entry level, according to LinkedIn data.? Between 2020 and 2021, sales development representative was the fastest growing entry-level job (+191.7%) for recent grads and career starters. Business development representative (+178.1%) ranked second, followed by talent acquisition specialist (+175.1%).
