In honor of #WomenHistoryMonth, I am grateful for the remarkable women I work with on my FSO Talent Development team. Nearly three years ago, I had the privilege to join a team which helped expand my knowledge to support the purposeful development of EY colleagues. For my own development, I have observed many leadership attributes from my teammates. I admire the remarkable: wisdom of Taia Graham, determination of Tracy inquisitiveness of Idit K., vision of Ritu Malhotra, tenacity of Arlene Salazar, diligence of Unique M., sincerity of Jessica Ormsby, enthusiasm of Alison resourcefulness of Dara, passion of Lara Carnazza, agility of Francesca Sabatino Gurrera, conviction of Janet Mackey, candor of Amy elegance of Trusha Mehta and kindness of Pia Pirozzi. I also thank Michael DiLecce, Ray Mikovits and Janet Truncale for their committed mentorship and support for me and this incredible team. To celebrate them, I will donate to Girl Scouts of the USA as these leaders remind me of the powerful and inclusive sisterhood I pledged to when I was eight. The slogan of the Girl Scouts is “Do a good turn daily” – each of my teammate performs many good turns daily to build a #BetterWorkingWorld. #CelebrateHER | #CourageToLead | #SheBelongs
