In honor of #WomenHistoryMonth, I am grateful to Kelly Grier and Leslie Patterson for their unwavering commitment to anti-racism and social justice. I admire Kelly for her fearless leadership on many fronts. During a firmwide call last March, I was moved when she denounced bias and discrimination against Asians and Asian Americans due to the pandemic. In June, Kelly sent a heartfelt email to ask all EY colleagues to speak out and take action against racism. She helped rally chief executives to support CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion. She recently co-hosted a #ForbesWomen forum on Equal Pay Day & Equity At Work and shared our plan to combat Pan-Asian racism. I am in awe of Leslie for her dedication as our Anti-Racism Task Force Leader. She leads long-term initiatives to leverage our influence to drive strategic change in our firm, in the communities where we work, and through public policy. I look forward to help amplify our impact through the #EYAccessNetwork and our new Social Justice Fund. To celebrate them, I will donate to United Way to help bridge the digital divide (https://lnkd.in/ewmCkXb) and support the Ascend Impact Fund when it is set up. Thank you both for championing equity for all toward a #BetterWorkingWorld. #CelebrateHER | #CourageToLead | #SheBelongs
