The ability to maintain a curiosity-driven lifestyle is to adopt a growth mindset. Learning new things through research, collaboration, and transparent communication is how we strive to reach a future that is more pleasant than the present. #innovation Maintaining the power of distributing this knowledge is an honor, but the greatest honor is enabling people to discover for themselves. #Research is a gift that keeps giving and sparks innovative thoughts which leads to innovative action. #Flexibility has been the greatest muscle I have developed during my role as a Peer Coach, so far. Some days, we are co-facilitators within an English 102 class. Others, we are advocates for change, morale boosters, tour guides, or mentors. Above all, we are here to support our campus and enthusiastic students- like ourselves. Astronomical thank you to the Mason family, for creating this program. Your kindness will impact beyond our position, through legacy. Thank you to Eileen Raney and Xan Goodman for being influential mentor figures, guiding me along my journey. And to the amazing Peer Coaches and librarians I get to work with daily, y’all are amazing. Cheers to one more year!
