We should start from the perspective that we are ALL allies. You don't become an ally. You already are one! That shift can create huge possibilities.
Fantastic read. Having never been a fan of the word "ally," this description certainly causes me to rethink. "you act selflessly – and literally put someone else ahead of you and ask for nothing in return."
