I completely agree, Anthony! The tech we're using to do business today wasn't invented yesterday...it's been around for a decade. There's a reason in-person is so successful, the human connection is a real thing. As businesses start to realize in the "new normal" that we're in, the human connection has to still exist or they'll lose their market share as products like Zoom are such a low barrier to entry catalyst for competition.
