Tired of accepting that our times are “too divisive” for people who disagree to have civil conversations? Here’s how to build a positive connection with someone who disagrees with you. Encourage you to check out the extra explanation that I shared in the Leading Tomorrow newsletter by my friend Denise Pirrotti Hummel https://bit.ly/2Ir8uA2 *** We’re all part of the problem. We’re all part of the solution. Your willingness to share this video makes you part of the solution. Please take a moment to share now. Well said Molly. Stay safe.
How do you clarify with the person what is a real world issue versus what is an emotional response to perceived opposition?
Awesome ????. Thanks Molly Tschang for taking time out to share this ??
As a historian communication is the fundamental form that articulates an individual's basic knowledge-based of events. The Ethical output of those words is another thing. Molly this post goes deeper than just a conversation on diversity or opposing views. It addresses the fact we need the ability to compromise at levels of an organization. The fact that we sometimes communicate in an all or nothing manner only adds more confusion to complex situations. Keep aspiring to inspire my friend.
Molly Tschang this is beyond brilliant. It should be required viewing throughout the country and world. Thanks for sharing and putting it out there.
On point as always Molly Tschang
Another useful connection of my mind and soul, all in under 2 minutes. Thank you Molly Tschang for all you do!
