There's a gender #diversity problem in technology. Only 22% of jobs in AI are held by women, with fewer in leadership roles. Accelerators and training programs are working to change this. NASSCOM's #WWRT program prepares mid-career women professionals for tech leadership roles. I’m happy to be involved in this by #mentoring women technology leaders on AI. Yesterday, we kickstarted sessions with the second cohort on AI. Over the next 5 months, participants will go through training and focused group mentoring sessions. At Gramener, this is our second year of partnering with Nasscom, by mentoring, conducting sessions, and having our women leaders participate.
