Top stuff, Ganes!
Very Insightful
Brilliant, Ganes. Coming from a department overview - The challenge I saw many CMOs/VP Marketing/Directors face is 'validation of data sets for campaigns' especially when the time/window to run a campaign is very short.
Nicely articulated Ganes Kesari. Another key benefit is that while change is being orchestrated, data can be used to build dashboards (organizational or departmental) which shows the stakeholders as to how the change in behavior is "moving the needle" in a positive direction. Once there is a small success story, it can be built further. I just somehow recall the Wildly Important Goals Dashboard from FranklinCovey as one of the unifiers. Thanks for sharing your insights.
Well said appreciate you
This is a rapid and intense brief on Change Management. Very well articulated Ganes Kesari !
Good one Ganes. Two other tips which can help shape the culture - 1) Constant communication- town halls, newsletters, posters etc. 2) Rewards and recognition - this will help reinforce positive changes exhibited by people May be these are covered in your fourth tip, but I thought of calling these out separately.
Data Strategy - Data Product Management, Analytics , AI/ML, Data Management , Data Governance, SAFe - SSM, RTE, PMPO
4 年Well summarised Ganes. My experience started with captive IT companies (16 yers)who understands n invest in this culture change aspect reap huge benefits. While in short consultancy experience for last 5 yeas I observe that lots of client executives fail to understand Data driven cultures and fail to drive their organisations in same direction though it’s #1 agenda in their wish list.
