Excellent article Siddharth!! Just a small thought that people consider insurance as an expense. If more money back plans are introduced then it will be attracting more customers. Also a huge chunk of population is employed in informal sector which is still an untapped market. Less expensive plans with only premiums returned back (no interest paid on premium amount) can be attract a lot of customers.
