I think if I have to Sum Up Jeff Weiner's Leadership style it would be akin to one that Brilliant Leaders make an organization or a team succeed by creating an environment of Success for a bunch of Committed,? Capable, Creative people with a purpose, higher than personal glory, guided by a humble leader (?Jeff Weiner ) which then?makes a winning team!
