The Customer is number one. I have rarely heard a Customer mention agile but often here customers discuss costs and quality. Any framework that takes precedence over customer demand or voice of the customer can be dangerous.
The answer to this lies in the values in the agile manifesto - individuals and Interactions over process and tools. It’s applicable to the agile framework as well. :)
Agile vs Agile Framework! This is the Agile: "Our highest priority is **to satisfy the customer** through early and continuous delivery of valuable software." Anything else is simply not Agile. Just a Label!
