As organizations start bringing back employees into the physical workplace they will need to understand that everyone's comfort level will be a little different. Some employees won't want to discuss why they feel a certain way about Covid but the idea below (or something similar) could serve as a great visual indicator of how an employee wants to interact with others. #backtowork #culture #employeeexperience
This is brilliant.
At first it seems great. Then I read many comments and reconsidered the current world where folks look for separation and pick at one another so it’s complicated. Unless it’s a small entrepreneurial company with one for all spirit. Otherwise it’s up to the company to have a policy and to tell employees about their filtration system and cleaning practices. Let’s hope folks don’t come to work with gross colds anymore unmasked and sneeze all over . That’s a positive outcome to this. If employees are valuable and prefer home offices why not ? Folks who come to work knowing theres a superior filtering system, uncrammed space and people or cleaning crew willing to clean up community space before going home will probably enjoy getting back to work and seeing colleagues.
Green! I’m ok with high fives/Hugs but not talking haha. Hope everyone is staying safe! Happy new year?
Excellent Idea. I'm the green one by the way. ??
Love love love this what an awesome way to communicate!!!
I can't imagine going back to a physical office right now. It's hard enough navigating normal flu seasons with people who have varying standards in hand washing, people don't cover their mouths when coughing or people who simply insist on coming to work sick.
Interesting idea, perhaps with scope for wider application.
Natalie Norris this was what I mentioned yesterday! I hadn't realised it was for an office, but fab idea for events too. Perhaps we can use a similar approach with name badges?
This is a great idea.

3 年Ruud something that could be helpful for our return to office as well: small yet helpful!? Of course orange remains our color :)
