Should you wait for the right job? Or, should you accept any job you get offered? I reached out to the LinkedIn community to find out what job seekers should do when presented with this tough choice during the ongoing pandemic. While everyone said it’s important to find a job that fits a person’s talents and experience, other forces like finances may require people to take jobs outside their industry and level until the economy begins to recover. We take a look at their suggestions in the latest edition of #GetHired. #hiring #coronavirus #jobs
I think that it is better to have something in hand while waiting for the right job. This could also help you get some experience that may help you in your dream job.
well done Simon
Thanks for showing all the perspectives to consider. I have done temp work while searching for full time work. I think staying focused on a goal is important. Networking works. I’ve gotten interviews for roles that way - even now it’s still working. Take a job for income if you have too, but don’t give up. Keep going!

For me i would wait for the right opportunity to arrive and not go after a certain job that you might not last 5 mins at.. .. ..
