How do you share trust? Five years ago today I stopped being a Buddhist monk: my life as a homeless beggar was over. I stepped into the unknown and had no idea where life would take me. Shortly after this I decided to do a blindfold hug in the middle of a shopping center, which again was a moment of trust. What I learned as a monk is to trust in awareness. An awareness which is impersonal and not dependant on anything: it is unchanging. Some call it freedom. At the same time it can be recognised by yourself right now. I offer this video today as gift to all those people alone, suffering, for anybody that needs a hug right now. May this help them to have a moment of joy, connection and peace. May it encourage you to continue to reach out and to investigate yourself, life and recognise the peace you are. Can you please share in your networks https://lnkd.in/e4Qhf2u If you having troubles accessing video use this link https://bit.ly/3dTuMFZ #playfulmonk #healthcare #personaldevelopment
