It is from Bill O'Brien "Leadership is the capacity to shift the inner place from which we operate". Your words invite us to take ownership of our inner places and explore, to dare to go down the U into the unknown and when we come out on the other end, we may look at ourself and the world in a different way - while all change happened inside.
