While there has been no official, public announcement of Broadcom taking back the module assets from FIT (please see: https://lnkd.in/eM-5BNt), in doing a search on LinkedIn, there are more than a dozen individuals that can be found, who suddenly stopped working for the latter no earlier than last month, and were immediately employed by the former this month. In fact, one engineer in San Jose mentions: "Back with Broadcom, just changed the name on the building." Interestingly, when Broadcom had sold the transceiver business to FIT, in which we we also were the first news entity in the world to report, it had done so almost as quietly, and certainly in an extremely vague way (please see: https://lnkd.in/eJCVTZJ) https://www.broadcom.com/
