Not only I believe it, I believe it is right, and I fully believe we must find opportunities to deliver these learnings BEFORE the young, new HR Professional hit the ground on projects. We need to train them in Universities, in Management schools, in corporations at the inception of the digitalization program: sharing our expertise and ensuring they are ready to support the workforce of the future.??
