5 unlikely but interesting candidates for the subscription model! 1. Apple Pass - what if everyone were to subscribe to Apple iPhones? Say around 50 bucks a month, and you are guaranteed an upgrade every 18 months. Will it help Apple escape the uncertainty of the upgrade cycle? 2. LTA transport pass - 100 bucks a month gives you unlimited travel on public transport - MRT’s and Buses and some rides on Grab / Gojek and unlimited bike sharing etc? 3. Movie Pass - 30 bucks a month gives you unlimited movies at GV/ Cathay etc. (Consider that theatres make more margins on popcorn than the movie ticket) 4. Beer Pass - 100 bucks a month gives you unlimited beer at any of the 1000 bars? (Again, consider the additional $$ that will be spent on chicken wings et al. 5. Holiday Pass - 1k a month gives you 4 all-inclusive weekend breaks a year for a couple. Smart AI picks destinations and books everything based on your preferences. Which one would you sign up for and why? What can be some other unlikely candidates for the subscription model?

5 年Apple Pass - I’ll take it at $50 p.m. Although I’m sure Apple would price it much higher, based on the price points of their latest lineup :)
