A true leader can say “I don’t know” or “I don’t understand” or “I need help.” When I sat down with Inc. Magazine, I told them one of the best lessons I’ve ever learned—that I don’t have to pretend to know everything. You can watch our full interview here: https://bit.ly/2DRDPre.
Tired of leaders ( self proclaimed ), who know it ALL ??
People learn different types of knowledge day by day. And no matter people are in any level still have something which they are not so sure or understand, that’s the time to confirm or ask for help. To ask will never be a stupid idea for anyone because this is the way to let you know the answer quickly so you can be the one answer and help others in the near future.
So true...

Always be authentic. Speak the truth. Accept help. We all are learning in life. That's how we all become better.
Moses asked for Aaron's help. A big lesson to any self-conscious person to imitate in business and ask for advice or have a coach
Such good insight into being true with yourself and the people around you; ultimately no one has all the answers and like it or not. We all rely on one another to achieve success, especially when being part ?of a team whether leading or be lead the same applies.?
Well said!! ??
