Gratitude is the Greatest Gift ?? Agree?? I've had a really rough & stressful week ?? But it didn't compare to my friend going through a terrible separation I was really bummed out about a few recent personal & professional failures But it didn't compare to another friend who was so overwhelmed with the world, others were reaching out on their behalf One evening, I vented to some good friends about doubting my value in one area But they reminded me how to value myself & be grateful In the midst of it all the chaos, loneliness, challenges, etc, what is one of the best things to get us through? Gratitude ? Gratitude lifts us It fuels us It gives Gratitude helps in the best & worst of times Even if we can't see it Despite the hard week, I am so grateful to my friends, family and more I’m grateful that they shared similar feelings with me We need more gratitude. We need more connection. We need more people to open up & say, "I need you". I hope you had a wonderful #Thanksgiving I hope you continue to use gratitude to bridge understanding with yourself, your families, your community & this world.
