Get some cardio going at least three times a week, reduce carbs, pufas and maintain a good p,c,f macro ratio of healthy greens, natural proteins and mufas.?

These are initial thoughts that can contribute towards the algorithm for accuracy and given we have exisiting data available in abundance globally we can corroborate and verify through other factors too coming back the other way via enviromental data and its impact on health

Hey Doc, great article. We at The physicians weigh assess are clients using Bio impedance analysis. When a clients BMI is high, it’s usually due to being either over muscle or high Body fat mass. So we encourage our clients like you suggested, to strength train and do cardio exercises.Muscle burns fat and muscle out weighs fat..... thanks for the video!!!!
