#1 reason why managers fail: inability or inaptitude in retaining top talent. Many bosses have this attitude that anyone is replaceable easily like gloves, that they can hire someone even better. They are fooling themselves, and do disservice to their company. A good employee has knowledge of systems , products and processes. They have trust relationships with clients and co-workers that takes years to build. When you lose a good employee, you lose part of your culture. You lose part of your company. And you may lose your own future.
Absolutely true! Valuing and retaining top talent is key to fostering a strong and sustainable organization.
Generally speaking a lot of managers think they are more important than those who make it possible for them to have a salary and a job.

1 个月Unfortunetly I have had the worst luck with call centers such as Sitel Cali, Teleperformance,TaskUs and Foundever. I have over 20 plus years of experience with all positions available. Sitel I worked almost 3yrs and had the best metrics not for my team the best metrics in the entire company but had to leave due to a family calamity and was advised that in 3 months and was able to reapply and would have no issues with the rehiring process...but that was a lie and I feel like the shut the door in my face and employment opportunities, same with Teleperformance,my contract was terminated for no real, legit and or justifiable reasons after ,7 months. of training and was doing great out of nowhere with me no previous advice just terminated and door again was shut in my face. The abuse of power the trainers and recruiters have but not all trainers and or recruiters abuse of it,... Just a few bad ???? they know who they are. TaskUs during training one day before graduation I was kicked off the team and was told I didn't do good on my nesting calls and would be able to reapply in 3 months another lie. I'm still waiting on a Supervisor that supposed started an investigation as to why the trainer did what she did to me for no real reason.
