In your opinion, what makes a great workplace? Inc. recently conducted a study in partnership with Quantum Workplace to assess what goes into making a highly engaging workplace. Of the 285 companies to make Inc.'s Best Workplaces list, benefits such as paid paternity leave, concierge services, and paid sabbaticals are just a few of the perks meant to attract and retain talent.
I agree with the previous posts. Everything that was recorded by Inc's survey is certainly an improvement in the occupational world. A company that is willing to work for its employees as well as work for its service that it is providing is a great company to work for. Thats really broad, but really any job or occupation that is out there that recognizes its employees and their strengths is one worth working for. I personally like to see tuition reimbursment as a bennifit. To me knowledge is priceless and should always be taken advantage of. With our society changing day by day with technology and machinery it is important to stay on top of that and plan ahead as much as possible. I think its very important for the employee to keep and maintain a positive attitude and focus on the reasons why we work. Weather its for our customers we support, our friends and families, or for ourselves. A positive attitude and forward thought to bettering processes at work go along way and improve moods or change oppinions in our peers we work with in our workplace.
It's good to see companies focused on more than money based benefits; considering the needs and interests millennials have put on the table, those are great news for all of us!

6 年Great training, support, using teamwork for all. With this said, you can't train someone to do a task & not hand them the reins, then expect them to be excited to stay where they are. A thumbs up that management gives isn't always received well. The harder you employee works the more rewarding they need. To really feel appreciated. Paid personal day, raises let them know you really take them serious. Let them grow where they are planted.
