That's it!!! Dare to change, a small action can lead to a big splash ;) But more importantly, I think Gib points out a very good point in this wonderful interview: the relationship between business, society and the self is a circular one. Society is increasingly demanding businesses to do good and individuals are becoming more conscious to work towards a purpose whether in business or for the self. What can we do as agents of change?!
