One of the hardest jobs to recruit for in #nursing?is actually nursing instructors. To open up more seats in nursing school, you need more faculty, and "to have more faculty, you need more incentives for faculty," Kathy Matson, a nurse administrator at the Mayo Clinic, told me at the American Nurses Association?annual meeting last year. Unfortunately, it seems like all nursing schools all have different curriculum's . This is bad for the patients. There should be a uniform way to do everything. There is also a lack of education in the treatment of adults who were born with Spina Bifida due to the lack of research and education. The medical community.

Makes you think about the kind of skills gaps we are going to see in the 2020s. It's going to be brutal in certain ways.
