As a child I was privileged to live in London for a time. I found it to be exceptionally inspiring. I was intrigued by its cultural heritage and in awe of its architectural beauty. Every part of London that I explored, I found myself amazed. I found London to be alive with a unique form of celebrated diversity that results in an abundance of creativity in art, food, music, and more. When you spend the day walking the streets of London, you feel as if you’ve traveled the world. When I tell people that I loved living in London, I’ve been surprised by how often people will say “but doesn’t it rain a lot in England”. I love the misty rain of Great Britain. I found it strangely comforting and mysteriously enlightening. Misty London mornings have a way of creating dreamers. Not the kind of dreamers that do nothing more than dream. But, the kind of dreamers that will one day be called “visionaries”. Misty London mornings have a way of inspiring great ideas and enhancing your passions. Strange how the fog and mist have a way of bringing clarity to your vision. Am I alone in this? Am I the only one that loves misty mornings?
