Thanks for the tag Adrian! This is a great video and the absolute truth. I think the power of love goes far beyond (but also includes) the 401K. If a company is SHOWING love to employees, it will be strong in all areas.

And may I add that this love is a verb - not a noun! in great businesses this verb shows up in all areas of a business! It includes, but extends beyond 401(K), ... the verb in a great business also helps to drive innovation, provide safety to fail forward, rewards personal growth, and celebrates small wins! The “common thread” then becomes a quilt.
