I can perhaps trace the challenge of “so many job vacancies, but no people to fill” to people’s unwillingness to retrain? in the relevant areas, even if it’s on short courses, in today’s? in-demand job roles. People can so glue to their degree subject, in which, sometimes, they can’t find a job with it than they would be willing to retool. SOLUTION ?? Get an experienced career coach.? Why wouldn’t you? You'll off-set the cost since it will save you the lost time by using "trial and error" to try to figure everything out by yourself,? & given that you may be inexperienced in career planning! However, the primary challenge is information gap: there might be jobs, but seekers aren't always aware because we all have a limitation of how many networks we have to supply us the 'insider information' especially concerning the "hidden job market."
