Thank you for share it. I believe that and I have done this. But people close me said “Are you crazy? Changing the ‘certain’ for uncertain?” I do not know where are this people....Tks God! I am proud of my career!
Totally correct , unfortunately employers often don't offer these opportunities
We are in between too early and too late ...... In such scenario no one wants to take risk because of limited opportunities. We are relying on source & recommendations normally capable people cant move further if they do not have these two tools

I agree with that statement! The best time to get a job is when you have a job. Don't wait too long because your attitude is everything! Be positive and have a great outlook!
