I just started my son working at two local places where he works about two hours a week. Baby steps for him in the workforce. He is non-verbal with severe autism. I wish him well on his journey. We were assisted by Office of Vocational Rehabilitation under Department of Labor.

This is spot on. Powerful stuff Chantel Soumis I have a very close friend that lost all his family in a road accident (5) when he was nearly 6 years old. I will never forget that time. But what is so amazing is how bright and amazingly talented he is despite immense suffering and tragic loss. I would actually say that he shines more due to what he has gone through. Life can disable in more ways than one, both emotionally and physically. Rule of life: When life hits you, hit back harder, learn to live life fuller and appreciate more what you have when do have it.
