USABILITY: Do you know the 'official' definition of usability? It is described in ISO 9241-11 as the "Extent to which a product can be used by specified users to achieve specified goals with effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction in a specified context of use." https://lnkd.in/d57xP93 So, when conducting your next usability study, make sure you (a) recruit the right users, (b) know their top tasks, and (c) provide at least one measure for each of the three criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction.
