I have been where many of you are! You get to a point where you've had enough, doing jobs you don't like, not feeling appreciated or getting paid what you are worth, just to pay the bills. I was a single Mom, barely getting by with no family to support me & not receiving child support. I didn't want to sacrifice my quality time with my little girl, having other people raise her, so after working 2 jobs for a while I quit 1 to be home with my daughter after school. I was making $5.50 an hour as a Bank Teller. I had to leave work a lot, because my child was catching all the illnesses from school. When I was told I had to sell Credit Cards & Overdraft Protection / Line of Credit & Home Refinance Loans, I became the best in sales, just to get a pat on my back & a $10 check. I knew something had to change! I figured if I can be good at sales, why not get big commission checks, like selling Real Estate. I studied passed all my Tests & became a Realtor for Century 21, in the Spring of 1998. I sold Houses. Then I got my Brokers license & was able keep all my commission, but there were a few things that I started to resent. I just became active on LI a few months ago, because so many were asking me about what I teach and had no idea they could easily make money using their own skills, create Multiple Streams of Income and even teach Online and make a 6-7 figure income. I am teaching through my articles on LI (not posts), and have 13 in my profile, adding a new one tomorrow and 1-2 every week. I also stay busy teaching Webinars, do Workshops, Speaking Engagements, write books, soon doing a Podcast on iTunes and teach on YouTube. Actually creating a recording room . Transformed our Garage into a Studio, Redoing walls, flooring, etc. I will also add a long table and chairs to use as a Training & Conference Room, even have a separate entrance door. No worries Anthony! Much has changed since the 90's. I have set up many automated Online Stores and Selling Digital Products & Courses, making money 24/7. At first it takes a lot of time & hard work to create and set up over 20 Websites, but now that my businesses run themselves, I can focus on teaching & training people, doing Webinars & Workshops, writing books, traveling for Speaking Engagements and soon starting a Podcast. I love what I do, so no stress involved. ????
