Your personal brand is important. Here's why: They say your personal brand is what others say about you when you're not in the room. Whether it's for career success, relationships, friendships, personal development or life in general, a strong personal brand can make the ultimate difference in every aspect of our lives. Yet so many of us never give it a minutes thought. Start thinking of yourself as a brand and consider auditing your online presence. If I Google search your name, what will come up? Try it. you might be surprised (hopefully to the up-side!). Employers do it. Interviewers do it. Anyone who wants to know more about you will probably do it.
