Unfortunately the design focus of CRM systems, and Salesforce is no exception, is geared towards sale management reporting. Whilst this is an important function it is time that we all focussed on sales enablement. An important step is to enable mind mapping within CRM. Once soon a time there was a Mindjet and Salesforce interface which was a great sales enablement tool.

I reckon that's overstating things!! More likely would be 25 to 30%... More time travelling in Sydney too...

Interesting that this data comes from salesforce. Most admin time for me I spent IN salesforce entering the details of my customer facing activity in the format built to extract reports like this. It's almost never during standard business hours! It can take hours to complete and connect the dots. If only the data entry was as quick and easy as running the exportable reports!!!! ??
