1 年Yes we are all victims of the attraction of the phone, for good and often bad reason. Personnaly I tried a little bit blocking app, like cold turkey, but with a very modest settings to start. Maybe I will be stricter later. I know other apps propose option to block an entire time span, if you want to dedicate to concentrated activites for example drawing. If you compare the time you spend on instgram vs drawing, it could make us think, it is a good idea to cut social media.... A good starting point is to use usage apps, to know what time you actually spend and on what. Then maybe a blocking app to try to change your habits.
